We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to return it for a refund or store credit to repurchase your preferred item.

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

We currently ship only within Australia. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-14 days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information for your parcel.
If there is any delay to your parcel we will notify you via email.

Items must be returned within 10 days after receiving your order.
Please do not return the product to us without first contacting us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, have any labels or tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
